It is the complete program for Health, Confidence, and Self-Defense. This program is designed to offer the most effective exercise program by training in Tae Kwon Do.

Cho’s TKD Program Promise

The Adult program combines the most effective exercise program that will guarantee weight loss, improved health, increased strength and flexibility and a better cardiovascular fitness. 

Our mission is to offer the most comprehensive system and style to our students so that they can accomplish a number of goals in one class such as getting into shape, gaining confidence, learning self-defense techniques, and achieving all personal goals.

What to expect

Our curriculum is based on the traditional art of Tae Kwon Do. Although Tae Kwon Do is the foundation, you will learn aspects of a variety of martial arts, which includes:

  • Kickboxing

  • Karate

  • Hapkido

  • Boxing

The adult program emphasizes discipline, respect, and integrity. Self-defense training includes the use of traditional and modern techniques—hands and feet, kicks and punches, are all used equally.

You can expect an intense workout at every session you attend. Classes include (but are not limited to) warm-up and strengthening exercises, stretching and a rigorous routine of blocks, kicks, punches, self-defense drills, and a variety of target practices. We guarantee that you will leave with a great workout and a new sense of confidence after each class.

Tae Kwon Do training provides unparalleled fitness benefits. Classes are fun and stress relieving. Men and women of different ages can benefit equally as you learn to defend yourself.

You will physically enhance your flexibility, strength, coordination, agility, balance, and speed. Your circulatory and respiratory systems increase efficiency, and so you will experience heightened levels of energy, endurance, and stamina.

You will gain more than just physical benefits. You will gain self-confidence, respect, discipline, modesty, integrity, self-control, concentration, and perseverance.

We focus on respect, courtesy, and discipline. Classes are conducted in a traditional manner. All the fundamental Tae Kwon Do techniques, forms, and stances are taught. Additionally, you will learn aspects of a variety of other martial arts. You will learn self-defense techniques in a challenging and exciting way.

Unlike other schools and martial arts, there is an equal emphasis given to both punches and kicks. Boxing techniques as well as full-contact techniques have both influenced what is covered in each session. Each session focuses on using both the hands and feet in real-life situations.

There is also an emphasis on stretching, improving flexibility and increasing agility and mobility. The program helps to provide better health, promote higher standards for living, and to give the extra push and motivation you need to reach all your goals.

“Is it too late to start?”

The beauty in our program is that it is never too late to begin. Whether you begin training early or late, training never ends as it is a long-term commitment. You will have no regrets when you begin. Your only regret will be that you did not start earlier.
